Terms & Conditions
BOOKING
Please be advised that all bookings are subject to availability and 50% deposit. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist and to avoid disappointment.
To check availability or to make a Spa booking, please contact Bali Spa & Salon Reception.
LATE ARRIVAL
When a late arrival is unavoidable, please call to notify the receptionist as soon as possible.
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, as we must complete your personal service by the designated end-time in order to appropriately accommodate the next guest.
CANCELLATION
Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. We regret that any cancellation with less than 4 hours notice will incur 50% of cancellation fee.
Full charges apply in case of a missed appointment with no advance notice. You must speak directly with a Bali Spa & Salon staff when cancelling an appointment.
MOBILE PHONES
Your phone must be turned off or in a silent mood while in the Spa and relaxation areas, conversation is fine but please be respectful of other clients who may having a post treatment rest and enjoying peaceful serenity of Bali Spa & Salon.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
You will be issued with a personal safety box upon entry however, Bali Spa & Salon does not accept responsibility for any personal property lost or stolen whilst on the premises. It is recommended that valuables not be brought onto the premises.
HEALTH CONCERNS
Please advise our therapist at time of booking if you or the person you are booking for has any health concerns, as not all treatments may be suitable for you.
PREGNANCY POLICY
Our policy states we will not carry out any treatments during pregnancy.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Please note, we do not accept cheques for payment. All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
